Meal Plan Options

If you’re not sure where to begin with your meals, look no further! We offer a few options that all include access to a Meal Plan service. With access, you get weekly meal-plans, dietitian approved recipes, and grocery list. You can also link an account with most major grocery stores for easy shopping. There are many other options such as nutrition information from major restaurants (that can be included in your meals!) and videos demonstrating food prep techniques such as knife skills!

These options are for those looking only for meal plans. If you’re interested in adding a meal plan to your other nutrition appointments with me, look at add-on options under “individual services”!

  • This includes a 20-minute session to assess nutrition needs and one-month access to meal plan service.

  • This includes 3 month access to meal plan service, a 20-minute initial session to assess nutrition needs, and two (2 15-minute follow-up session to assess continued nutrition needs.

  • EatLove is a completely customizable meal plan service. First, you meet with me to discuss your specific nutrition needs and preferences. Then, I am able create a profile for you with your specific nutrition prescription. Once I send you access, you can login to your account to view your suggested meals.

  • This interactive platform is much more than just a meal plan- If you see a suggested meal that you don’t like, you can view other meal options to swap out. You also have the option of adding meals from many popular restaurants. EatLove also will create a grocery list and can integrate with many popular grocery store chains to make shopping even easier. We have the option to cater to your needs! Looking to keep the price per meal low? We can do that! Want to incorporate left-overs into the weekly plan? We can do that too!

  • You can access your EatLove account via computer or through an app on a smartphone! While EatLove is interactive and user-friendly, being comfortable with a computer and technology is suggested. EatLove also offers many videos that demonstrate how to navigate platform.

  • Once your one or three-month access period ends, you will have the option to extend on a month-to-month basis. Additional check-in appointments are not included. Ongoing monthly access is priced at $35/month.
